The Together Spokane initiative outlines a dynamic plan to improve schools and parks across Northeast Spokane, enhancing safety, access, and opportunities for learning and play.

A new Trades High School will open to all Spokane Public Schools (SPS) students will anchor the region, offering pathways to graduate with a diploma, a two-year degree, and industry certifications. Major investments include the renovation of Garry Middle School and Nevada Park, and the development of a new Shiloh Hills park to increase neighborhood greenspace.

Additional projects feature upgrades to Minnehaha and Harmon Parks, facility improvements for every Northeast school, and restroom and playground replacements across Spokane Parks. All-weather sports fields with lights are planned for Rogers High School or Harmon Park.

The indoor aquatics center at Spokane Community College will also be renovated to expand youth swim programs. Together, these projects will transform how families, students, and community members experience Northeast Spokane.
