Meadowglen Park is under heavy construction activity as we move into fall, mostly utility work and earthworks.

Water, sewer, and power are being dug-in and connected to water and sewer mains, pull boxes and transformers. Mass grading and drainage improvements are underway, and over the course of the next 6 to 8 weeks, the contractor will be moving all overhead power lines at the park underground.

Lighting and electrical work will be ongoing, but the majority of that work will be underground. Community members may not see much happening as a result of underground activities; however, surface earthworks will be quite noticeable.

Our contractor, Cameron Reilly, is planning on working through the winter months, when they will focus on the public restroom construction. The project remains on schedule for 2027 opening.
